We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, and personal checks. Once your payment is complete, you will automatically be emailed an Invoice for your transaction.

Our office is located in Arizona. Orders placed within Arizona will be charged 8.05% sales tax. Sales tax will not be charged for any orders shipped to destinations outside of Arizona.

All orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days except for personalized items and special orders. In addition, allow 2 to 5 days for shipping transit time. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Due to hot weather conditions in some states, certain candies and chocolates may be shipped via overnight or second day service. We will contact you to discuss the best shipping method and prices when you place your order for these items. Please be certain to have someone sign for and accept packages containing edibles as our carrier will not leave them at your door. For rush orders please call (480) 361-5002.

All international orders will be shipped via regular postal service unless otherwise specified. Please contact us at service@claudiasmementos.com prior to placing your order if you would like to use a different method of shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply on international orders. Please note that in addition to shipping charges, other charges such as brokerage, customs and duty fees may apply to the shipment and this will be the responsibility of the customer. Claudia's Mementos will not be responsible for these additional charges or any customs/duty delays.

We have a minimum order requirement for many of the items on our web site. If you do not meet the minimum order requirement for a particular item, please call us at (480) 361-5002 and we will try to accommodate your needs.

At Claudia's Mementos we stand behind the quality of all our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us by e-mail within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Any returned merchandise without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original form and packaging using a reliable shipping source (USPS, FedEx, UPS.) We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. For your protection please insure package(s) against loss or damage. There is no re-stocking fee on returns. Please note that shipping charges, chocolates, candies, special orders and personalized items are non refundable.
